Terms & Conditions
1 · Agreement and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you (“the client”) and Aditya (operating as Effluxify) (“we”, “us”). By submitting the pilot form on our website, paying the setup fee, or otherwise using our service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the service.
2 · What Effluxify does
Effluxify is a done-for-you service. We clean and organise your inquiry and customer records, connect your IndiaMART and TradeIndia accounts so inquiries flow into one queue, and send you a daily summary on WhatsApp. You interact with us on WhatsApp; there is no app or login for you to manage.
3 · The pilot
The pilot costs ₹2,999 one-time for setup and ₹699 per month thereafter. The pilot covers up to 5 salespeople and a standard IndiaMART/TradeIndia connection, with notifications on WhatsApp. Pilot places are limited. This is special pilot pricing offered in exchange for your honest review after 30 days.
4 · What we need from you
You agree to: give us accurate information; confirm you have the right to share your customer records with us; keep a working WhatsApp number where we can reach you; and cooperate reasonably during setup. Your billing and accounting stay in your own systems (such as Tally) — we never touch them.
5 · Confidentiality and NDA
We sign a written non-disclosure agreement before we see any of your customer data. Both sides agree to keep each other's confidential information private and use it only for the pilot.
6 · Payment
You pay only after we have confirmed the pilot scope and signed the NDA. Payment details are shared with you on WhatsApp at that stage, and we confirm every payment in writing. The monthly ₹699 is billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails, we will notify you on WhatsApp before pausing the service.
7 · Cancellation — no lock-in
You may cancel the monthly service at any time; cancellation stops all future billing, and the service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. You are never locked in. 8 · Fair use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or resell or transfer the pilot to another business without our written consent.
9 · Intellectual property
Everything on this website — text, design, and branding — belongs to Effluxify. Your data, your customer records, and the cleaned lists we build for you belong to you.
10 · Your responsibility for the data you share
You confirm you have the legal right to share your customer records with us. If any claim arises because you shared data you had no right to share, or because you breached these terms, you agree to indemnify and hold Effluxify harmless against that claim.
11 · No promise of specific business results
We work to organise your inquiries and follow-ups, but we do not promise any specific level of sales, revenue, or quotation conversions. Business results depend on many factors outside our control.
12 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the pilot is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13 · If part of this agreement fails
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply in full.
14 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Secunderabad, Telangana.
15 · Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
