Shipping & Delivery Policy
1 · A digital service — nothing is shipped
Effluxify provides a digital, done-for-you service. No physical goods are manufactured, packed, or shipped. There are no shipping charges and no courier timelines.
2 · What we deliver
- Your cleaned inquiry and customer list, in a standard spreadsheet format, on your own setup.
- Your IndiaMART and TradeIndia connections, set up and pulling inquiries into one queue.
- Each salesperson's phone, set up with alerts and 15-second quote logging.
- Your daily 7 PM summary on WhatsApp, every evening the monthly service is active.
3 · Delivery timeline
Setup is completed within 14 days of confirmed pilot scope and signed NDA, following the day-by-day plan. Timelines depend on you sharing the required data and access promptly — delays on your side extend delivery by the same amount.
4 · How delivery happens
Delivery happens through WhatsApp and your own cloud/spreadsheet setup — there is nothing to download or install. We confirm each completed milestone with you in writing on WhatsApp.
5 · If something is not delivered
If any part of the setup is not delivered as described, tell us on WhatsApp (+91 93904 24367) or at support@effluxify.com. Refunds and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
