Welcome to Effluxify. These rules (Terms) apply to everyone who uses our website or buys our automation services. By working with us, you agree to these rules.
1. Our Role
Effluxify is a technical consulting brand. We are independent experts, not your employees. We build custom AI systems to help your business run faster.
2. Your Responsibilities
To make your automation work, we need your help:
Access: You agree to add us as an "Editor" in your Make.com account or other platforms.
Paying for Software: You are responsible for paying your own bills for Make.com, OpenAI, WhatsApp, or your CRM. If your automation stops because you didn't pay your software bill, Effluxify is not responsible.
3. Who Owns the Work?
You Own the Build: Once you have paid in full, the automation we build inside your account belongs to you.
We Own the Method: Effluxify keeps the rights to the general "how-to" knowledge and base code we used to create the system.
4. Limitation of Liability
This is our most important rule. Effluxify and Vara Prasad are not responsible for business losses. * We build systems to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee that an AI will never make a mistake or that a platform like OpenAI will never go offline.
If a problem happens, the most we will ever owe you is the amount you actually paid us for that project. We do not pay for "lost profits" or "business downtime."
5. Court & Laws
We follow the laws of India. If there is ever a legal disagreement that we cannot solve by talking, it must be handled in the courts of Telangana.
6. Termination
We work best with professional clients. We reserve the right to stop working with anyone who is disrespectful, dishonest, or uses our automations for illegal activities.
