Effluxify operates strictly as a Technical Data Processor. We build the "pipes" and "engines" for your business, but we do not own the "liquid" (data) flowing through them. All lead data, customer records, and business intelligence remain the 100% exclusive property of the Client.

2. Security-First Access (No Password Sharing)

To protect your accounts, we utilize platform-native collaboration tools.

Make.com Access: We request access via the "Teams" or "Organization" feature. You add us as an "Editor" or "Admin" so we can build your workflows without ever seeing your primary login password.

Control: You maintain master control of your accounts and can revoke our access instantly at any time.

3. Data We Process

Onboarding Data: Basic contact details required to manage your account.

Technical Integration Data: API keys and credentials required to connect your chosen tools (e.g., CRM, OpenAI, WhatsApp).

Payment Processing: All financial transactions are handled by Razorpay. Effluxify does not store or see your credit card or banking details.

4. The "No-Retention" & "No-Sale" Guarantee

Zero Monetization: We never sell, rent, or trade your business data or your leads' information to third parties.

Lean Processing: We do not download or store your customer databases on our own local servers. Our work happens directly inside your cloud environment.

5. Third-Party Ecosystem

Our automations rely on professional cloud platforms. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed through:
