(a) Information you give us directly.When you fill our website form, we collect: your name; your company name (as on your GST registration); your WhatsApp number; what you make; and how many salespeople you have. When you speak with us on WhatsApp, calls, or email, we keep what you share so we can respond.

(b) Your customer records — only after an NDA.If you join the pilot, you share your inquiry and customer records (names, phone numbers, quotation details) so we can clean and organise them. We sign a written NDA before we see a single customer name.

(c) Technical information.When you visit our website, we may collect basic technical data such as device type, browser type, and pages visited, including through cookies (see section 11).

We use your information only for these purposes:

• To respond to your pilot request and contact you on WhatsApp.
• To set up and run the pilot: cleaning your data, connecting your IndiaMART and TradeIndia accounts, and sending your daily summary.
• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and service.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

We do not use your information — or your customer records — for any other purpose.

By submitting our form, you consent to us contacting you on WhatsApp about the pilot, and to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may withdraw your consent at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing support@effluxify.com; we will stop contacting you except where the law requires us to keep records.

Your customer records belong to you. You confirm that you have the right to share them with us. We process them strictly on your instructions and only to deliver the pilot. We never use your customer records for our own purposes, for marketing, or for any other client.

We never sell your personal information or your customer records to anyone. We never share them except as described in section 7.

We share information only when necessary:

• Service providers who help us operate (for example, messaging and cloud providers). They may use the information only to provide their service to us and must keep it confidential.
• Legal authorities, when required by applicable law or a lawful order.

We do not share your information with any other third party.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. Your database sits on your own secure setup, not ours. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above: pilot inquiries until you ask us to delete them; pilot customer records for the duration of the engagement and 12 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires longer retention.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to: know what personal data we hold about you; ask for its correction or completion; ask for its erasure (unless retention is required by law); seek grievance redressal; and nominate another person to exercise these rights if needed. Our website may use basic cookies or similar technologies to make the site work and to understand visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies from third parties. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
