Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Effluxify, we prioritize extreme delivery speed and technical precision. Because our services involve immediate allocation of engineering resources and custom logic, we adhere to a strict no-refund policy once project engagement has begun.

1. Custom Automation Setups (One-Time Fees)

The "Work Started" Rule: To ensure rapid delivery, Effluxify often initiates technical development within minutes of payment. If technical work has commenced—even if only minutes have passed since payment—the setup fee is 100% non-refundable.

Client Environment: All automations are built directly within the Client’s own Make.com (or other platform) account. Once the logic is deployed into your account, the service is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Limited Grace Period: A refund is only possible if a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of payment AND technical work has not yet started. If we have already begun configuring your workflows, this grace period is void.

2. Monthly & Quarterly Maintenance Plans

Instant Provisioning: Maintenance subscriptions are instantly activated upon successful payment to ensure 24/7 system monitoring. Due to this immediate allocation of resources, no refunds are provided once the subscription transaction is processed.

Mandatory Cancellation Notice: To stop future billing, clients must send a formal cancellation request via email to support@effluxify.com.

The 7-Day Rule: This email must be received at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle date. Requests sent later than this will be processed for the following billing cycle.

No Partial Refunds: If you cancel a subscription mid-cycle, you will continue to have access until the end of the paid period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for "unused" days.

3. Technical Performance & Support

7-Day Bug-Fix Window: Every custom setup includes a 7-day technical support period. If the original logic fails due to a bug, we will fix it for free.

Liability: We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party API changes, platform downtime, or if the client modifies the logic within their own account after handoff.

4. Refund Processing

In the rare event a refund is approved (e.g., cancellation before work starts), it will be processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
