Refund & Cancellation Policy
1 · Cancel anytime — no lock-in
You may cancel the ₹699/month service at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing support@effluxify.com. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing; your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
2 · The ₹2,999 setup fee
The setup fee pays for work we perform: cleaning your data, connecting your accounts, and setting up your salespeople's phones. If you cancel before we have started any setup work, the setup fee is refunded in full. Once setup work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable — but everything we built (your cleaned customer list and the setup we completed) remains yours.
3 · What you always keep
Whatever happens, the cleaned customer list is yours to keep, forever. We will provide it to you in a standard spreadsheet format on request.
4 · Billing mistakes
If you are charged incorrectly, tell us on WhatsApp or at support@effluxify.com and we will investigate and correct genuine errors promptly, including refunds where due.
5 · How to request a cancellation or refund
Message us on WhatsApp (+91 93904 24367) or email support@effluxify.com with your company name. We confirm every request in writing.
6 · Changes
We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted here.
