Shipping and Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

Effluxify is a strictly digital AI Automation and Technical Consulting agency.

No Physical Shipping: We do not ship physical goods. All services, software configurations, and automation "engines" are delivered digitally through secure cloud-based platforms.

Service Area: As our services are digital, we provide fulfillment to clients globally.

2. Delivery Method & Fulfillment

The final service is considered "delivered" when the technical workflow is successfully integrated and transferred into the client’s designated environment.

Handoff Platforms: Delivery occurs via platform-to-platform transfer (e.g., Make.com, GoHighLevel, or Google Cloud) or by providing administrative access to the completed system.

Proof of Delivery: A formal "Project Handoff" email will be sent to the client’s registered email address once the technical build is live and operational.

3. Standard Delivery Timeline

Project Kickoff: Development work commences within 24–48 hours of successful onboarding and the receipt of initial payment.

Standard Build Window: For standard automation scenarios, our delivery window is 7 to 14 business days.

The "Credential Rule": This timeline begins only after the client has provided all necessary technical credentials, API keys, and platform access required to build the system. Delays in providing access will extend the delivery window.

4. Custom & Complex Integrations (The SOW Clause)

For large-scale, multi-platform, or highly customized AI integrations, the delivery timeline will be explicitly outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) provided to the client before payment. The timeline specified in the SOW overrides the standard 7-14 day window.

5. Post-Delivery Support

Every delivery includes a 7-day technical support period starting from the date of the Handoff Email. This covers bug fixes or logic adjustments related to the original scope of work.
